Sure, there is actual onetime money but most is not. There is the moneys that the state receives from the federal government due to natural disasters.
The fact of the matter is that the so-called one time money is that this money is the cash that is “found” money. This means that anytime the government wants to FIND the money for these so-called programs thee do not good for the people of the state.
On the other side of the coin is the fact that the state of Louisiana refuses to give its people the money that is theirs. I am referring directly to the Stelley Bill.
The more of this money that they find, the more that they will misspend it.
