Pardon Me Not

I am happy. The reason is that Edwin W Edwards did not get pardoned.

The thing is that he really should not be pardoned. The man has don so much that has given this stat a black eye. He was just a very bad person and cooked politician.

I am not going to get into his many crimes. Suffice to say that he should serve his entire sentence. Why should he be any different than any other aged criminal. You don’t think that you or I, if we had committed the same crimes, would have been put under the jail and would not have any shot of getting a pardon.

He simply deserves to spend the rest of his life in jail.
