Is He Correct

Our current U.S. Attorney General recent came out with some, what was termed as, controversial statements. He said that this country is a nation of cowards in regards to race.

Sure, they are controversial but are the not true statements.

Look at it like this, you have one side of the debate that refuses to talk because they do not know what words to use to be able to get their point across without be accused of being a racist. Then on the other side, you have people that make their money from the ability that they have to play the race card. The race card needs to be taken out of the deck and burned so that it can not ever be used again.

AG Holder is correct in his statement. There is fear from one side, so much so that the conversation has not happened. The Bill Cosby’s and the others that say this are pilloried because there are still way to many African-Americans that want race to be an issue.

The fact of the matter is that the longer the period of time between the sixties ant present day, the more race fades into the background. As long as the Jessie Jackson’s and Al Sharpton’s are with us, it will be there. There needs to be a cleaning out of the black churches of these preachers that believe in black independence theology.

It was a big speech made by the new AG. It was a speech that needed to be made.
