The dictator in Venezuela is a scary dangerous man. He has accrued too much power for one man.
This man is so power hungry that he has tried to make it so that he would not have to run for elections ever again.
That is not how a democracy is supposed to work.
He is a communist and he makes no bones about it.
At what point does which president decide to take a hands on posture with him. It will take regime change to correct that problem.
