Mistakes Are Sometimes Made

Sometimes good judges make mistakes.

Judge John D. Bates, a conservative judge, held that habeas corpus applies to Bagram Air Base in particular to terrorists.

That is wrong because these people have declared war on this great country. They chose to do what they did and deserve to have happen to them what will go down.

All people make mistakes. I think that his is one huge one.
