Teaching Troubles

The baby-boomer teachers, much like other baby-boomers, are abot to retire. Just like the other baby-boomers, the teachers will cause a big problem.

It appears that we will not have the money to sustain their retirement. I am not saying that we are short teachers. What I am saying is that there is a huge number of teachers that will retire in the next ten years and they may be in a bad way.

The fact is that we simply do not have the money to give them their full retirement. If they ask us to find it, we may not be able to.
