We have a problem with Judges legislating from the bench.
Just a little fact, one of the reasons that God destroyed Sodom and Gommorah was that the judges in those cities legislated from the bench. They thought it perfectly normal to erect beds in the streets.
Back to the issue, the California Supreme got slapped down by California people. They tried to legislate gay marriage from the bench but the California people slapped them down by changing the state constitution.
If the people don’t like the ruling of a court, then what has to be done is exactly what the California people did.
There will be other battles to be fought, and the peoples of the other states need to take a lesson from Californians.
