Time For Discipline

DIS'CIPLINE, noun [Latin disciplina, from disco, to learn.]

Correction; chastisement; punishment intended to correct crimes or errors; as the discipline of the strap.

Chastisement or bodily punishment inflicted on a delinquent in the Romish Church; or that chastisement or external mortification which a religious person inflicts on himself.

When a child does something wrong he or she gets disciplined.

That is what is starting to happen to the US government. The are starting to get too bi for their britches and they are not listening to the will of the people.

The will of the people:

1. No more spending.
2. Stop the bail outs.
3. To clean up the government.
4. For both sides to stop acting like each other.

There are more things that I could name but these are the main ideas.

The bible says that if you spire the rod, you spoil the child. For too long that is what has been happening. We have let them get away with just about what they have wanted to with little or no chastisement.

The definitely need to taken behind the woodshed.

There is a joke that is located on one of the old Bill Cosby comedy tapes. To paraphrase, he talks about how his mom disciplines him and his siblings. What he said was that he had to listen when she said that she was “sick and tired” then that was the time when it happened. I think that the American people are to that point. They are about to take what ever implement (belt, switch, yardstick< paddle, etc) and start to wale. Sure they may try to put their hand back there and catch the implement but it will do little of no good.

They need to get what is coming to them.
