Here’s Hoping

This Sotomayor confirmation hearing is a very polarizing hing.

It is more than likely that she will ger confirmed.

My point here is that there will be other shots for President Obama to appoint.a judge to the Supreme Court.

I know that there are three other older judges and I know that what I am about to say is not likely to happen. My hope is that those older judges can hold on for at least another couple of years. If they can, then there will be a beter ability for the republicans to fight and forestall any more like Judge Sotomayor.
