There are certain things that have less meaning than the Nobel Prize for Peace.
When the committee gives the prize who has done nothing, it cheapens the prize.
In reality, that is exactly what they have done.
Presiident Obama has done, literally, nothing. Let me amend that. What he has done is to step away from ironclad support for Israel. Other than that, none of his initiatives and bills have passed muster.
It is as simple as the Nobel Prize giving him the prize for what he said instead of for what he has done.
