There could be unforseen costs for the idiots in Washington. There is the people that will vote their conscience and vote for the bill then there are the ones that will need to be bought. The ones that vote their conscience will lose in then next couple of elections because the public does not want universal healthcare. The other side are the ones who have lost the morals and allow themselves to be bought. Those people will also lose.
The congressmen and senators in conservative states who vote for that bill will lose their election even if they decide to cheat.
