The new president wants “volunteerism.”
There are two different definitions for the word Volunteer:
verb intransitive To enter into any service of one's free will, without solicitation or compulsion. He volunteered in that undertaking.
His definition is to force a person into doing something that the president wants irrespective of the other persons free will.
That is plain wrong and should not happen.
