Our economy is in trouble.
Our debt is on the rise.
What are we going to do about it?
If we don’t do anything special the economy will continue to tank.
When I look at the fact that we keep coming out with my things like bailouts then the economy will get no better.
There are several reasons that are causing this to happen:
Fact 1
We print too much money.
Fact 2
We do it to ourselves.
Fact 3
Our debtors have debts themselves.
Fact 4
We have liberals in national offices.
In the seventies we had one of the worst economies in the history of the shining city on the hill. There was a gas shortage. There was high interest rates, and high taxes. All of those things contributed to the general malaise. Don’t even talk about the high unemployment.
It took Ronald Wilson Reagan to get us out of it.
Back to my points.
The fact that we print too much money is hurting us. The more money that we print the less that it becomes worth. What needs to happen is for the government to shut off the spicate. The problem is that the government that we are under will never do it.
We need to stop doing it to ourselves. The more taxes that we raise and the more money we print really hurts. As we raise taxes it puts money into the hands of the government and the trust on where they will spend the money.
The scares thing is when our debtors decide that will stop buying and/or financing our debt?
I am not so sure that the first three points can’t corrected until we correct the fourth point. The only way to do that is through elections.
We all thought that we put the seventies well behind us but it now looks that we will soon be back living in the seventies.
