The Internet Is Where It Is At.

The internet is serving a bigger and bibber role in the American political process.

A smart and savvy candidate needs to not only spend money on tv, radio, and newspapers, but he or she needs to have a major internet presence. They need to actually know how to use the net. For the most part they do. Let me amend this to say that the majority of the older candidates/office holders somewhat get it but they don’t use it because they are set in the old ways. The young politicians get it. They understand that gen-xer’s and later generations get and will get the message.

The fact that there is a growing majority of the people that gets its news from the internet. There are some sites that report both sides but the vast majority sites or for one side or the other.

I think that one of the things that killed John McCain what that he does not understand the internet and did not know exactly how to use it. I think that this problem will not, for either side, present itself again because from now on, the candidates for President will understand how to use the internet.
