Reintegration

We all know how dangerous it is to release terrorists back into society. In essence, we are treating them like fish, we catch and release.

The problem comes when those same terrorists end up back on the battlefield.

The countries that we send them back to SAY that they can reeducate them, but that claim is dubious. It is that way because some of the “friendly” governments are tied to and get support from al-Qaeda.

The only that there will actually be reeducation is for there to be regime change to governments that fewer ties to the terrorist organizations.
