Let’s face it, the ones that are on drugs-drinking will definitely using it for those illicit things. That is why Joe Labruzzo a state senator from New Orleans has came up with a law that stats that the state would perform mandatory drug tests on Welfare recipients.
Yes, it would cost a lot of money to administer the test but how much money would it save to weed out drug users.
