Anh “Joseph” Cao is his own man.
He represents a district that is a majority black district. He was getting visited, in New Orleans, his office was visited by some of his constituents that were angry that he had voted against President Obama’s economic program.
This is a move to get on the side of the people, in the district, that did not vote for home or stayed home.
I don’t fault him for doing it because it is political self-preservation.
