Judge This

We have had a retirement on the U.S. Supreme Court. The Honorable Judge David Souter has decided to hang up his gavel. Normally, I would be jumping for joy but not here. That fact that Barak Obama, because of his victory in the Presidential election, gets to choose between on a three judges in his time in the office scares me.

As bad as Judge Souter was, the people on the presidents short list are even worse.

Sure, it won’t change the make up of the court, but what it will do is increase the likely of off the wall opinions.

There is no doubt that this could change the country forever.
