Everywhere that vouchers have been tried, they have work
If it weren’t sad, it would be laughable just how ending the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Progrm is going to hurt the kids in the nation’s capitol.
In most cases, the kids that get these scholarships are kids who come from the worst of situations. They come from the inner city where there is more than the normal amount of pressure put on these kids.
I guess I get why, for the most part, democrats are against this partiular program. It is because of the unions.
