There is a difference between progressives and democrats. Progressives have an agenda that will kill the country and democrats just want the best for the country.
The current crop of republicrats and demopublicans are taking us to the same place. They like people like Teddy Roosevelt and his cousin FDR.
They do not believe in common sense. Oh, they think that they have it but the do not. Common sense, for instance, would state that you do not raise taxes in a recession. That is exactly what they plan to do. “Sharing the wealth” is definitely a part of their plan.
Having a less safe country is also a part of their plan. To that end, they plan to make drastic cuts in the military, intelligence, and law-enforcement communities.
They play “group” politics. What this means is they like to separate the country into “constituency” groups. They seek to pit the “groups” against each other. They like “warfare.”
This means fighting over things like class, sex, and race.
The people are getting tired of this and the idiots in Washington should be afraid.
