Hate crimes are a bad thing. They, in reality, are regulating not just actions but also thought.
How can the government regulate what a person thinks when they don’t know what exactly that person is thinking.
This is just another way that the federal government looks to regulate every part of every Americans life.
Sure, you do not want to see churches burn but you also do not want to see the regulation of all thought. This is exactly what the hate crimes bill is slated to do.
