Stop Fighting

There is some infighting in the energy community.

There is the side that wants wind and solar.

There is Nuclear.

There is oil, gas, and shale oil.

There is coal.

As of this point in time wind and solar does not have the ability to produce on a wide scale basis. With wind, it is the fact that there is lack of the ability to get enough wind farms and to ger the power out to the people. Then there are the solar panels. There are just not enough people that can afford these solar panels. There may be a time when then ‘meat’ can afford them, but this is not the time.

I do not know why we are not for nuclear. Le me amend that. There are the people that say not in my backyard. The thing is that the french get over half of their national electrical power from nuclear.

We need to drill baby drill for all types of oil. We need to get as much of the shale oil as we can get. It will help to keep the prices of gas low. It would help the country to get away from OPEC. As of this point in time we are at the whim of whether or not that the OPEC nations decide to cut production.

As for the shale oil. It is more than likely that the ability will be there for the country to get al it because Ken Salazar who is a senator from Colorado did not want it. He continued to fight against his constituency. Thank god that he is in the Presidents administration and not in the congress and that we not have a person in that particular seat who is for getting the shale oil.
