Numbers Driven

Due to the fact that the total population of certain areas, there is a definite shot that the state will lose some congressional seats.

We had to have seen this coming.

Even with the population redistribution due to hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav, and Ike, we still have a net loss in population. We, as a state, have been consistently losing population.

If we do lose some representation, then there is a shot that some districts will have to combine. It that is the case, then so be it.
